The Role

Client Services Director - Strategy / Growth / Management - Cheshire - c£75K + full package

Newly created role to support the ongoing growth and future direction of the agency and provide leadership and management of the client services team.

The Role

As a Client Services Director you will be a fundamental connection across the business, driving growth, developing strategy and managing the team.

  • Guide the strategic direction of the client from a commercial perspective.
  • Grow, manage and inspire internal teams, overseeing resourcing, succession planning, workflow, budgeting, recoverability, finances, client health checks and internal processes.
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage growth and profitability.
  • Lead initiatives that contribute to sustainable growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Provide senior operational leadership across the agency.



Working as a Senior Account Director or Group Account Director, maybe already a Client Services Director who wants to join a fresh thinking, ambitious, growing agency who empower and look after their staff and ensure science is at the core of everything they do.
