Content Editor - Medical Education Agency - 100% homebased with London office option - £negotiable depending on experience

Highly reputable medical communications agency specialising in impactful Medical Education for healthcare professionals are seeking an experienced Medical Writer or Creative Editor with a scientific background and PowerPoint skills.

  • Be 100% homebased, but you are welcome to work from the London office if and when you wish

The Role

As the Content Editor you will support the Medical Director and be responsible for:

  • Working across various formats including e-learning, video, live events, and print
  • Creating PowerPoint slides and infographics, developing transcripts for audio and video files,
  • Formatting line/bar graphs, creation of algorithms/flowcharts, and instilling consistent layout and styling across the entire slide deck
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of the rules and regulations that govern independent Medical Education (IME) and continuing professional development (CPD), both accredited and non-accredited.
  • 25% travel

 

You

To be considered for this Content Editor vacancy you will be able to demonstrate:

  • 5 years' experience in either a medical writing or medical editing capacity
  • Experience / skills in editing and formatting clinical scientific content
  • Experience working to deadlines within an agency environment
  • Knowledge of the regulations within the medical education sector
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills
