The Role

Ethical healthcare PR agency in central London are looking to bolster their leadership team with this new appointment. The Director will play an instrumental role in the development and management of this Global PR agency.

The Role

As Director you will have a hands-on approach in managing clients and delivering strategic, impactful and well-thought out communication programmes.

  • Train, coach and mentor all teams within the agency to ensure smooth and successful delivery of client programmes
  • Work with teams to assist in organic growth of accounts, expanding to include more franchise work.
  • Lead role in managing the pitch process from research to presentation and beyond.
  • Build creative and innovative healthcare communication strategies which fully reflect client objectives.
  • Maintain company profitability through effective monitoring of service levels, resourcing and undertaking regular analysis.
  • Active client facing role, and coaching teams on how to manage client relationships to ensure business stability and best campaign outcomes.



Ideal candidates for this Director role will have:

  • Contributed to the management of a profitable and successful healthcare communications agency team, delivering work for blue-chip companies
  • A true passion and deep understanding of the UK, European and global healthcare environments.
