The definitive cure to a hangover! Failing that a cure for the common cold. 

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
I spent 6 months in West Virginia, U.S. on the Camp America scheme working with children aged 7-9. This gave me an understanding of caring for others and have transferred this skill into recruitment - supporting candidates' job searches and ensuring the role is right for them! 



The Role

Key Account Manager, Oncology, East Midlands & East Anglia, Competitive Financial Package


The Company

We are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager for an international Pharmaceutical company to promote their Oncology drug. It was recently launched (last few years), has had fantastic initial success and they are now looking for a couple of Key Account Managers to continue this growth within Renal Oncology.


The Role

As a Key Account Manager your role will involve:

  • Promoting an Oncology drug into Renal Oncology consultants

  • Demonstrating excellent product, customer and market knowledge

  • Identifying departmental and key stakeholders in the hospital environment

  • Develop and implement strategic plans in regard to the key accounts to ensure good coverage and a positive outcome for the company

  • Building advocacy and selling direct to the key contacts across the territory



To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Ideally have a background in Oncology or Haematology

  • The company is willing to look outside of this for someone who has a very strong background in secondary care, is very driven and tenacious and willing to get behind a fantastic drug

  • You must be able to understand and communicate complex clinical data easily and effectively to ensure credibility in front of customers

  • Have a sound understanding of the UK pharma industry & the NHS so that you are able to build a strong consistent business plan and able to execute this in the field

  • Able to have a high level of credibility and have senior discussions with Consultant level customers
