If you could invent one thing what would it be?

The definitive cure to a hangover! Failing that a cure for the common cold. 

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
I spent 6 months in West Virginia, U.S. on the Camp America scheme working with children aged 7-9. This gave me an understanding of caring for others and have transferred this skill into recruitment - supporting candidates' job searches and ensuring the role is right for them! 



The Role

Key Account Manager | Haematology | Midlands | £competitive


The Company

We are currently proactively recruiting for a new specialist Haematology Account Manager role, ideally for a candidate based in the West Midlands. The company area an entirely specialist Haematology/Oncology company who give true autonomy to target key consultants and contacts across the territory. As part of a small team, this role will be covering across the Midlands, Wales, Home Counties and toward the South West. It is working in a small close-knit team with a new Haematology launch due soon.


The Role

Within this Key Account Manager role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the customer environment to ensure the successful promotion of the key drug

  • Working autonomously within specialist Haematology calling on the key consultants within secondary care (Haematologists and Oncologists) across the territory

  • Adopting an account management approach to achieve sales targets across your territory

  • Being involved as part of a close-knit team who have been extremely successful!



To be considered for this Key Account Manager role, you will be:

  • Experience in Haematology is preferred; however, this is flexible for an experienced Key Account Manger and will consider other specialist/secondary care driven therapy areas

  • You must be an experienced Key Account Manager with an extensive background of working in the pharmaceutical industry

  • You will have a demonstrable record of achievement and sales successes as well as strong negotiation and influencing skills in order to build effective customer relationships.

  • You must have the ABPI
