The definitive cure to a hangover! Failing that a cure for the common cold. 

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
I spent 6 months in West Virginia, U.S. on the Camp America scheme working with children aged 7-9. This gave me an understanding of caring for others and have transferred this skill into recruitment - supporting candidates' job searches and ensuring the role is right for them!

The Role

4x Commercial Training Managers - Global Bio Pharma Co. - Midlands - £competitive

 

The Company

Our client is a World Class Global Pharmaceutical Company that has an excellent reputation for bringing to market innovative products within niche therapy areas. They are revolutionising the way that they are training their field force and as a result are looking to expand their current training team with 4 more additional heads.

 

The Job

Each of the 4 roles will focus on one of the key therapy areas that they currently work in. These four therapy areas being: Neurology, Oncology/Haematology, Dermatology and a combined Gastro & Rheumatology role. Within this position you will be responsible for:

  • Training the commercial team in how to business plan - not writing the business plan itself, but coaching the KAM team how to be more effective in their planning

  • Implementing systems usage to ensure they are being utilised effectively. Reporting back and liaising with the Managers to see what is working and what isn't working.

  • You will also be liaising with the commercial team on what is/isn't working on the graphics and visual aids presented to HCPs, reporting back into the head office Marketing function, helping implement change and distributing these changes to the field team to ensure in-field effectiveness.

 

You

To be considered for this role, you will be:

  • An experienced Key Account Manager with strong account planning skills

  • Any coaching/field trainer, mentoring or induction experience is beneficial

  • Experience in one of the key therapy areas: Oncology/Haematology, Neurology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology or Rheumatology

  • You MUST have the ABPI.
