Which team do you work in?

Market Access, Health Economics & Value Comms 

Which area do you specialise in?

I specialise in mid to senior level appointments across all disciplines within the Market Access / HEOR field. I manage roles both on the permanent and interim basis. 

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

First and foremost, we are kept up to date by speaking day in, day out to candidates and clients alike - information from an internal perspective is highly valuable to us in terms of gauging how best to approach resourcing. Reading industry press and engaging in online discussions certainly keeps us on top of wider topics. 

What's your favourite film and why?

I have many favourite films: Home Alone at Christmas time, any James Bond films (especially Skyfall) for a bit of action but, ultimately, I LOVE How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. Maybe not the best film ever but one that reminds me of really good times with all my best friends. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I have yet to find anything that keeps my young daughter still and engaged for over 5 minutes, so my invention would be a remote control-style device that allows me to pause her in time - allowing me to make and enjoyably drink a full cup of tea with no distractions!

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?

One of my little fingers is 7mm shorter than the other!

The Role

Market Access Consultant/Senior Market Access Consultant - Consultancy, Cambridgeshire - £30,000 - £65,000 + Great Benefits Package!

 

My Client

This client is growing Market Access & Health Economics Consultancy with plans to double in size over the next 12 Months - to aid this growth they are looking to bring on experienced candidates with Market Access experience from Associate level through to Senior Level. It is important that you have some prior Market Access experience gained either within Pharma or Consultancy but there is flexibility on experience gained whether it be in UK, European or Global Markets.

 

Overview

  • Taking responsibility for client ownership for delivery and working across business development whether it be prospective clients, existing accounts and working on various business development methods (Networking, Events, Conferences)

  • Working on planning and timelines of Market Access deliverables including the development of project plans.

  • Work with both primary & secondary research tools including research discussion guides, survey guides and the collection and presentation of this data.

 

I am looking for candidates with the following skills & background.

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in a Health-Related subject.

  • Previous Market Access experience (Strategy, Value Communications, Pricing & Reimbursement) would be desirable.

  • Any UK, EU5 or Global Project Market Access knowledge would be very useful.

  • Previous Consultancy or Pharma experience would be very desirable.
