We're looking for an experienced Patient Recruitment Associate to join one of world's leading patient recruitment and patient retention organisations, for an office based position with an attractive package and great career prospects.

The Job 

The successful candidate will be joining an expert team of patient recruiters to help our client continue to grow their exceptional Clinical Research services in the market. On a day to day basis the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creative design and branding ideas generation

  • Reviewing IVRS data for recruitment / retention trends

  • Attend client update meetings

  • Implementing digital outreach campaigns

  • Adapting medical communications materials for suitable use

  • Supporting daily management of recruitment drives

 

You 

Our client is looking for a bright and talented individual with at least 12 months of experience within a Clinical Services, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare setting.

  • Experience working within a pharmaceutical or healthcare background

  • Bachelor's degree - Life sciences preferred

  • Good knowledge of medical terminology and clinical trial process

  • Fluency in English essential
