I specialise in Marketing roles at all levels, such as Marketing Executives, Brand Leads, Brand Managers and Product Managers.

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

The main way in which I keep up-to-date with issues is through constantly speaking with my client and candidate network and through industry relevant news and articles. 

What's your favourite film and why?

I'm definitely much more of a boxset type of person. I have a very low attention span for films - I'm currently going through the Vikings series and I love it! 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

A teleporting device where I could be in any country in the world within as short a time as possible. Love to travel but dislike the actual travelling element!

The Role

Senior Brand Manager | Manchester | Entrepreneurial organisation | Great financial package

The Company

My client is looking for a high performing Senior Brand Manager who wants to step up to deliver the pipeline of new brands. This role is all about new product development, from scoping the opportunity to concept development all the way through to commercialisation, therefore leveraging strong brand marketing skills. At the same time you are the Project Leader for these initiatives therefore you require strong project management skills and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams of commercial, regulatory and clinical experts to develop these pioneering products and service ecosystems for Self Care.


The Role

  • You will Lead a multi-disciplinary task force to design, develop and deliver a portfolio of next generation OTC medicines that consumers want to buy.

  • Define product strategy and roadmap, and create shared vision across the company by building consensus.

  • Hire and train a team of switch innovation, brand development, commercialisation and project management specialists

  • Represent the consumer in the development of the value proposition for each product and service ecosystem.

  • Build strong commercialisation plans to achieve business objectives & ensure that KPI's, ROI metrics and deliverables are met

  • Build relationships with internal and external key stakeholders in the successful delivery of the project plan.



  • Strong career history within a brand management environment in the OTC medicines industry.

  • Experience of developing and launching new products

  • Cross functional stakeholder management

  • Strong Project Management skills

  • Ability to create things from scratch and operate in an ambiguous environment. Be driven and self-directed.

  • Ability to understand business impact and shape roadmaps to maximize this.

  • Demonstrates advanced understanding of scope, schedule and planning; advanced understanding of time management, resource management cost management.

  • Demonstrated skills in developing communication campaigns incl. key media TV, Press, Digital & In-store.
