This vibrant and lively medical communications agency is in search of candidates experienced in the delivery of successful pharmaceutical events, to come and join their team as a Delegate Coordinator. This Manchester city centre based agency, specialises in whole range of events form Investigator Meetings to Advisory Boards. This role will involve assisting in the logistics of delegates registration, travel and accommodation for both national and international events.

The Role

This role will involve working as a part of the Pharmaceutical Events team to assist clients, KOLs and other delegates in the logistics of their travel, accommodation and registration.

  • Participate in venue search, and complete proposals and budgets for client submission.

  • Coordinate the logistics of the registration, travel and accommodation requirements of the pharmaceutical delegates.

  • Travel nationally and internationally to provide high-quality onsite support.

  • Maintain appropriate records in relation to the events managements.

  • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as collaborating with key suppliers.

I love films, so there's far too many to choose from! If I had to pick one it would probably be the Harry Potter series.

I'd invent a machine that made me a coffee as soon as I woke up - that would make getting out of bed much easier!
