The Role

Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant, £Competitive, Greater Manchester

The Company

Formed in 2006 by Martin and Debbie Anderson, Carrot remains a privately owned company. We are highly specialised with small teams operating in niche areas of the Pharma, Biotech and Healthcare industries. Our culture is a very welcoming and friendly one. One where effort and results are well recognised and rewarded. We don’t work long hours or pressure our Recruitment Consultants with meaningless KPIs. Rather we focus on the quality of work. We spend a lot of time on training and development to help improve performance where possible.

The Role

Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant – Team Regulatory Affairs

Working closely with our current consultant, this is a warm market, but has great potential for further development with a clear focus on Regulatory Affairs. Clients are mainly blue-chip Pharma & Biotech manufacturers and the role are mid to senior level regulatory affairs, technical and managerial positions. The role would require someone who has worked in a professional services market with a senior level candidate network and with clients who are mainly corporate in nature. You will have the ability to network effectively amongst candidates but also are adept at developing new business, sometimes from cold but also from existing contacts in these client organisations. Communication skills are crucial as well as a mature and professional approach to the recruitment process, being very consultative in the way that you work. A great market with some great earning potential. Can be based in either our Cheshire or Manchester offices.
