The Deputy Managing Director position will assist in the running of the business including financial responsibilities, marketing, strategic business planning, team management and coaching.

The Role

As Deputy Managing Director you will play an instrumental role in the management and development of the agency.

  • Support the Managing Director by proactively managing the daily operations of the business, playing a key role in decision making.
  • Guide teams to build creative and innovative healthcare communication strategies which fully reflect client objectives.
  • Engage, motivate, train, coach and mentor teams to be the best they can be
  • Management of a minimum of 2 accounts, ensuring a high standard of quality, results and profitability.
  • Responsible for key strategic projects to drive business priorities.
