The Role

As an Associate Director at this agency, you will work across a range of UK and global accounts. You will own the relationships with your clients and have responsibility for understanding the brand strategy and ensuring your clients achieve their branch objectives.

  • Responsible for identifying opportunities for new business growth and development.
  • Responsible for the management of account team members and build strong relationships with other cross functional teams.
  • Manage all financial aspects of your accounts.
  • Responsible for the team forecast and attain revenue and profitability targets.
  • Responsible for overseeing and guiding the brand strategy and tactics and communicate to your teams ensuring everyone is aligned.
  • Evaluate creative work and provide constructive comments.

 

You

In order to be considered for this Associate Director position you must have:

  • 5 years healthcare agency experience
  • Experience at a senior client/strategic account management level within the healthcare industry.
  • You will have experience of line management and developing/mentoring direct reports.
  • Solid project management skills
  • The knowledge and drive to help a team grow and bring the best out of junior members
  • A passion for health-related communications

A chocolate-making machine that would be a normal household object to be used daily, like a toaster.
