A chocolate-making machine that would be a normal household object to be used daily, like a toaster.

The Role

As Director you will have a hands-on approach in managing clients and delivering strategic, impactful and well-thought out communication programmes.

  • Train, coach and mentor all teams within the agency to ensure smooth and successful delivery of client programmes
  • Work with teams to assist in organic growth of accounts, expanding to include more franchise work.
  • Lead role in managing the pitch process from research to presentation and beyond.
  • Build creative and innovative healthcare communication strategies which fully reflect client objectives.
  • Maintain company profitability through effective monitoring of service levels, resourcing and undertaking regular analysis.
  • Active client facing role, and coaching teams on how to manage client relationships to ensure business stability and best campaign outcomes.
