Highly strategic role within this global Healthcare PR agency in central London. The Directors role involves talking to senior level client contacts and providing account and business direction.

The Role

As a Director on the Healthcare Communications team, you will run, grow and manage global PR campaigns for Pharmaceutical, Biosimilar, Consumer Health and Well-being brands.

  • Member of the leadership team with responsibility for setting the vision and strategy for the company to support a high performing culture that will deliver growth and profitability.
  • P&L and financial accountability for your portfolio
  • Line manager 2 members of the account team, providing direction, inspiration and strategic counsel.
  • Deliver Global PR campaigns, specifically data and regulatory announcements.
  • Co-ordinate integrated teams across offices in the UK and US

 

You

Seasoned Healthcare Communications professional adept at building strategic working relationships with key external stakeholders including healthcare professionals, journalists and patient organisations to identify opportunities to work in partnership.

  • Strong experience in delivering global PR campaigns, including data and regulatory announcements
  • Inspirational leader who encourages creative thinking and brings out the best in people
  • Key strategic advisor able to consult at the highest levels of client organisations, challenging where necessary and addressing any issues, obstacles and conflicts with your clients.
  • Actively seek integrated solutions for clients' business which may include PR Comms, Medical Education, Social, Digital and Creative.
  • Will suit someone who wants the best of both worlds - a small agency feel and close-knit team, with the support and integrated working opportunities of being a member of a large network.
