How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

Through constant communication with candidates and clients within the industry. I like to meet with my clients and candidates as often as possible and to get out to as many networking events as I can. I also like to keep track of what is happening in the industry via LinkedIn, PMLive and other pharma news sites. 

What's your favourite film and why?

Gladiator - it's a timeless film with a great cast and fantastic story. They don't make them like that anymore.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I'd love to have a teleport. I love to travel but some places are so far away! I'd love to press a button and be able to spend the weekend on the beach in Fiji.

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?

I can read and write in Korean! After teaching English over there I have learnt to really understand people and have seen how rewarding it is to help people whatever their circumstances. In my job I really listen to both my clients and candidates needs and try to match them as best as possible.

The Role

  • Key focus on client service and work with whole brand team to deliver initiatives

  • Manage the Account Handling teams' development internally including all management

  • Business Development including leading winning pitches

  • Maintain and assist with promotion of the agency culture alongside more senior team members

  • Become the trusted partner for your clients



  • Excellent leadership and people management skills

  • High degree of emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Lead and inspire all around you

  • Ability to spot new opportunities, bring your own network of contacts and new business development
