Through constant communication with candidates and clients within the industry. I like to meet with my clients and candidates as often as possible and to get out to as many networking events as I can. I also like to keep track of what is happening in the industry via LinkedIn, PMLive and other pharma news sites. 

What's your favourite film and why?

Gladiator - it's a timeless film with a great cast and fantastic story. They don't make them like that anymore.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I'd love to have a teleport. I love to travel but some places are so far away! I'd love to press a button and be able to spend the weekend on the beach in Fiji.

I can read and write in Korean! After teaching English over there I have learnt to really understand people and have seen how rewarding it is to help people whatever their circumstances. In my job I really listen to both my clients and candidates needs and try to match them as best as possible.

One of our favourite clients are currently in the process of growing their successful client services team and are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Account Manager to join their ranks. They are an innovative, independent strategic marketing consultancy who specialise in the world of pharma and healthcare. Possessing a fantastic reputation, they have work on an exciting array of accounts for world leading pharma companies. For over 15 years they have been working with global pharmaceutical brands in over 30 countries, helping to change behaviours and beliefs in healthcare.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing large scale projects across a range of accounts whilst also actively driving new business forward. These exciting Oncology accounts will require a Senior Account Manager who is a champion multi-tasker and can take ownership of the account and develop on-going relationships with a range of healthcare clients.

  • A crucial part of this role is to take the lead and spearhead the preparation and presentation of proposals / materials / presentations to clients.

  • Work closely with creative and tech teams to develop and ensure accurate project financials.

  • Identify and actively pursue new business ventures and opportunities to grow existing accounts.



To be successful in this role, you should be a dynamic, ambitious and curious Senior Account Manager with a drive to succeed in a role as part of a successful team.

  • You should have a passion for creativity and enjoy participating in the creative process.

  • You will have previous experience of working on digital projects in the form of websites, eDetails and integrated digital campaigns.

  • You will have a passion for health-related communications and an understanding of the agencies key therapeutic areas.

  • You will have super problem-solving abilities and be skilled in applying strategic thinking to translate insights into actionable ideas for clients.
