All field based sales roles, including field based Market Access, Training and Management positions, as well as Marketing roles. 

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

It is essential we keep up to date with industry news. Whether that relates to any big changes within the NHS that affects the Pharma industry, or what products are coming off patent / new product launches. This can be done by reading trade journals, attending exhibitions, but more often than not is done by speaking with candidates and clients on a regular basis.

What's your favourite film and why?
I can honestly say I don't remember the last time I watched a film through in its entirety.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?
The things I would love to invent is mobile phones that NEVER cut off/lose signal, regardless of location, going into a tunnel or some other completely random event. One of the most frustrating things when speaking to people is when the line just dies for no apparent reason (or they just got bored and hung up on me)!

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
Last year I trained myself to be able to hold my breath for four minutes.

The Company

Our client is a Global Bio Pharma Company that has a market leading niche Blockbuster product within Rheumatology and has an exciting product portfolio and pipeline within Oncology and Haematology.Based in the London Head Office, they are looking for a bright and career driven marketer that is looking to further their career in a fast paced and dynamic environment as a Sales Management & Marketing Executive.


The Role

  • You will provide administrative and functional support to the Sales & Marketing Director and assist with tactical implementation for specific brands across Arthritis and Oncology / Haematology.

  • You will be tasked to implement strategic marketing plans and will be involved with the strategic and tactical plans.

  • You will monitor the effectiveness of your marketing plans and be responsible for correcting or changing in order to bring back on track against KPI's.

  • You will be responsible and lead various projects with both internal and external stakeholders and agencies and effectively communicate plans to the commercial team.

  • Being part of the approval process, you will ensure all material adhere to the ABPI and will gain exposure to National and International KOL's.



  • You will have a minimum of 1 years marketing experience within the UK Pharma Industry or completed a placement year in a marketing role whilst at University

  • You will be a dynamic and confident individual who is at ease liaising and influencing Snr stakeholders.

  • You will be resilient and be able to demonstrate "going the extra mile" in order to create excellent work.

  • You MUST be professional and articulate with excellent communication skills.

  • Career driven, this role will suit a Marketer looking to progress quickly whilst giving you exposure to various disciplines to assist within continual self development.
