The Role

Our London based client is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of well-known OTC products. Our client is ever an growing consumer healthcare company, which is hoping for an innovative marketeer to lead the development of strategic, insight led brand plans.

The Role

The role will involve taking full responsibility for managing your portfolio of brands. Some of the key areas of responsibility for this role are:

  • Brand Strategy:  including leading the development of creative strategic brand plans.

  • Brand operations: including performance analysis and P&L responsibility.

  • New product development: including creating the vision for the growth of the brand range and leading development work with the technical team.

  • Brand communication and in market activation: including engaging consumers at point of sale.

  • International liaison: to support the success of our brands in other markets.

  • Team and personal development: this can involve team development, line management and personal development.



To apply for this role as a Healthcare Senior Brand Manager our client is hoping for someone with the following skills and experiences:

  • An experience Brand Manager within the healthcare or OTC industries. 

  • Postgraduate business and/or marketing qualifications.

  • Substantial experience in leading new product development, from concept generation to commercialisation.

  • Excellent skills in each of the following areas, analytics (including financial information and market research data), communication and presentation, and interpersonal and influencing.

  • An additional European language would be advantageous.

  • Personal computer skills to include mastery of Microsoft Excel, Work and PowerPoint.
