I work in the Market Research and Business Intelligence team

Which area do you specialise in?

Junior level Market Research and Fieldwork

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

I try and keep on top of industry specific news via LinkedIn, newsletters and media in general. I believe you can also gather most of the information that you need from conversations with candidates and clients. 

What is your favourite film and why?

Anchorman - it is one of those films where the more you watch it the funnier it gets. If not then pretty much anything with Denzel Washington in it - he doesn't do bad films!

If you could invent one this what would it be?

A time machine without a doubt! I absolutely hate both myself and other people being late so this would just solve all my issues.

What makes you distinctly different?

I have completed Tough Mudder twice, as well as other endurance events. I feel it is necessary to push yourself both mentally and physically, otherwise you never know what you can do. It hurts all the way around but you cannot beat that feeling the at the finish line!

Client Support Partner Healthcare, based in Basingstoke paying between £20k - £24k dependent on experience. 

 

The Company

This role as a Client Support Partner - Healthcare will be working for a market leading international business insights consultancy with over 6,000 members of staff worldwide. They work across multiple sectors but have a large focus on the healthcare industry. 

Their primary role is to provide insight for their clients on reports, topics and trends within the healthcare sector thus enabling them to make informed decisions to benefit their business. They provide information to their clients via subscription services, industry leading websites, custom built analytics and consultancy. As well as being an industry leader: 

  • They have a large focus on internal progression and offer opportunities for individuals who excel themselves to develop within the organisation.

  • The company is well respected within the industry and work with leading pharma and healthcare companies.

  • It is heavily tech focussed, they want to remain a market leader by being innovative in how they work and operate as a business.

 

The Role

The role as a Client Support Partner - Healthcare is multi-faceted and involves working consultatively with key clients. Although it is not a business development based role, somebody who can potentially up sell and spot opportunities to further your offering to clients would be a great fit for a role such as this.

  • You will be a key point of contact between the client and the organisation

  • You will develop in-depth knowledge of my client's suite of healthcare products and also have an up to date knowledge of the landscape of the healthcare industry

  • You will identify how you can work with your client to ensure they are given the best service possible, each one will be different so being solution- driven is key to success within this role.

  • You will share feedback from clients to your team and the wider organisation to continually

  • Improve their user experience.

  • Your aim will be to build meaningful relationships with your clients, to ensure repeat business and create a working partnership with them.

 

You

  • In this role, you will be the go to person for some of this company's key clients. You will be handling initial client queries and working out who will be best placed to help them.

  • You will need to be personable and a natural problem solver who can identify an issue easily and work with the client to resolve it or signpost them to someone who can.

  • You will need to have experience of working within the healthcare or pharma sector within a client services, client support or account management capacity.

  • You will have real attention to detail and a "can do" attitude

  • You will be able to provide a consultative service to your clients and to understand their requirements.

  • Understanding of having previously used salesforce or a similar CRM system would be beneficial

  • Confident presenting and sharing best practice with team via one to one training and webinars
