How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

Through constant communication with candidates and clients within the industry. I like to meet with my clients and candidates as often as possible and to get out to as many networking events as I can. I also like to keep track of what is happening in the industry via LinkedIn, PMLive and other pharma news sites. 

What's your favourite film and why?

Gladiator - it's a timeless film with a great cast and fantastic story. They don't make them like that anymore.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I'd love to have a teleport. I love to travel but some places are so far away! I'd love to press a button and be able to spend the weekend on the beach in Fiji.

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?

I can read and write in Korean! After teaching English over there I have learnt to really understand people and have seen how rewarding it is to help people whatever their circumstances. In my job I really listen to both my clients and candidates needs and try to match them as best as possible. 


The Role

Account Executive - Healthcare Advertising - London - £25k


The Company

Our client is one of the leaders in healthcare advertising. They are renowned for challenging briefs and producing some of the most recognised campaigns around. They are multi-award winning and have a fantastic reputation for producing some of the best advertising campaigns in the healthcare communications domain.

The Role

As Account Executive, you will be working closely with Senior Account Managers and Account Directors to support them in successfully delivering promotional campaigns and managing high value pharmaceutical accounts. Key tasks will include:

  • Keeping in regular contact with clients and helping to further develop relationships

  • Updating creative teams and senior members of client services on timings and budgets.

  • Communicating creative briefs, along getting involved in the brand planning and creative process.



This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is either in an account executive position or working within a healthcare marketing role looking for a change.You will ideally have 6 months experience along with the following:

  • A life science / marketing related degree.

  • A passion for health-related communications.

  • Fantastic communication skills both written and verbally.
