How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

The best way is to constantly communicate with my candidates, new and old. If something is happening within the industry, candidates are usually the first people to know and voice their opinion.

What's your favourite film and why?

Probably Leon. 12-year-old Natalie Portman learns how to become an assassin from Jean Reno, who has a strange relationship with a potted plant and tries to kill the drug fuelled Gary Oldman. Brilliantly over-the-top.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

Lightsabers – need I say more?

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?

I formed a record label with a few friends at 18, which expanded massively, and went on to host stages at a couple of national festivals. I didn't realise how valuable it was at the time, but networking with key industry figures and musicians was crucial. Our artists quickly grabbed attention and are currently on tour across Europe. As a huge music aficionado, it’s fantastic knowing we’ve pushed them to that level. Looking back, it’s the same in any industry – networking, knowing your industry leaders, and attending national and international events is key.

A health and wellbeing PR consultancy, who are currently in the process of relocating their office to Central London. They consistently deliver brilliant Healthcare PR work, and grow year on year, in terms of staff and accounts. Having won several new accounts, they're looking to add a proven Account Manager, or strong Senior Account Executive to their bubbly, vibrant office

The Role

As an Account Manager, your key responsibility will be to manage and implement PR plans effectively and efficiently to meet client's needs. As Account Manager, you will be accountable for the management of programmes and client relationships. You will project manage programmes to ensure they meet the brief, budget and deadlines

My client is looking for an established Senior Account Executive, looking to step into an Account Manager role, or someone in a similar role.

  • You will have solid experience from a healthcare communications background

  • You will be a team player, and enjoy a fast-paced environment

  • You will have experience in a wide range of deliverables

  • You will be competent in, and a champion of, social media and digital outputs
