How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

Through constant communication with candidates and clients within the industry. I like to meet with my clients and candidates as often as possible and to get out to as many networking events as I can. I also like to keep track of what is happening in the industry via LinkedIn, PMLive and other pharma news sites. 

What's your favourite film and why?

Gladiator - it's a timeless film with a great cast and fantastic story. They don't make them like that anymore.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I'd love to have a teleport. I love to travel but some places are so far away! I'd love to press a button and be able to spend the weekend on the beach in Fiji.

I can read and write in Korean! After teaching English over there I have learnt to really understand people and have seen how rewarding it is to help people whatever their circumstances. In my job I really listen to both my clients and candidates needs and try to match them as best as possible.

Working with a number of well-known consumer brands, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Rx or Consumer background to focus on a global nutrition brand.

The Role

The successful Account Manager will work as part of a rapidly expanding client services team on a global nutrition brand. This role requires a strong aptitude for project planning and the ability to think of and apply creative ideas.

  • Work closely with your clients to spot additional growth opportunities benefiting both the client and agency

  • Build successful working relationships with clients and the wider team

  • Take a lead role on pitching for new business involving researching and the presentation of well thought through proposals.

  • Assist in the mentoring and development of junior members of the team



You should have a genuine love for health-related communication along with proven knowledge of the healthcare environment.

  • A strong background and previous work experience within healthcare communications / marketing.

  • Experience of working on global Rx / OTC campaigns

  • An understanding of different approaches to take with various target audiences (HCPs, consumers, etc)

  • Confident, motivated and entrepreneurial flair with a keen eye for spotting opportunities to challenge trends and produce creative work
