The Role

As an Associate Director at this agency, you will lead one of the agency's UK's most important accounts. You will own the relationships with your clients and have responsibility for understanding the brand strategy and ensuring your clients achieve their branch objectives.

  • Responsible for identifying opportunities for new business growth and development.
  • Responsible for the management of account team members and build strong relationships with other cross functional teams.
  • Manage all financial aspects of your accounts.
  • Responsible for the team forecast and attain revenue and profitability targets.
  • Responsible for overseeing and guiding the brand strategy and tactics and communicate to your teams ensuring everyone is aligned.
  • Evaluate creative work and provide constructive comments.

 

You

To apply for this role as an Associate Director our client is looking for someone who can work across disciplines and is as comfortable in a digital environment as they are in a traditional one. You will need to build a partnership with your clients as well as all stakeholders both internal and external.

  • You will have experience at a senior client/strategic account management level within the healthcare industry.
  • You will have experience of line management and developing/mentoring direct reports.
  • You will have multi-disciplinary thinking and be able to manage cross-agency collaboration.
  • Previous experience working within a digital or creative agency.
  • You will have pitch and RFI experience and be able to confidently represent the business to new clients.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

What's your favourite film and why?

I'm struggling to choose just one! I'm a big fan of the Bond films and of course love a good rom-com! 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

A real Bernard's Watch! Pausing time whenever you choose would be so cool!

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?

I enjoy acting and have starred in a variety of TV shows - some involving a lot of prosthetics! I also have a background in Biochemistry.
