American Gangster - you can't beat a good Denzil Washington film.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

Definitely a teleportation machine. I would love to be able to go anywhere in the world at any time. Also, if it meant I could avoid flying that would be great!

I have a Texan dog called Shelby who I got while working in America. She hasn't got used to the UK weather yet!

A global Healthcare Communications company based in central London is currently looking for a New Business Director to join their existing successful sales team. This company is an innovative market leader in Healthcare PR. They work with some of the largest Pharmaceutical Companies in the UK and abroad. They have developed a creative culture where their staff can develop their skills and progress quickly. They are also very ambitious and are now looking to take their company to the next step with your help. They have a strong reputation in the market and they have several Key Accounts which you will be able to leverage when developing new business.

The Role

  • You will be hunting new business for the existing strong PR team

  • You will have autonomy to implement new ideas and shake things up

  • You will book and attend meetings and conduct presentations

  • You will work with the rest of the PR department to develop the service and sell the proposition to clients



  • You will have an in-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical Global Communications

  • You will be from a PR Healthcare background either within an agency setting or from a Pharmaceutical background

  • You will have a strong Sales background and a passion for continuing to be involved in new business development

  • Existing contacts within Pharmaceuticals would be extremely beneficial

  • You will be commercially minded

  • You will be an entrepreneur at heart and looking for a company where you can make a big impact
