How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

Through constant communication with candidates and clients within the industry. I like to meet with my clients and candidates as often as possible and to get out to as many networking events as I can. I also like to keep track of what is happening in the industry via LinkedIn, PMLive and other pharma news sites. 

What's your favourite film and why?

Gladiator - it's a timeless film with a great cast and fantastic story. They don't make them like that anymore.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I'd love to have a teleport. I love to travel but some places are so far away! I'd love to press a button and be able to spend the weekend on the beach in Fiji.

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?

I can read and write in Korean! After teaching English over there I have learnt to really understand people and have seen how rewarding it is to help people whatever their circumstances. In my job I really listen to both my clients and candidates needs and try to match them as best as possible.

Project Coordinator - Healthcare Communications Agency - London - £30,000

The Role

As Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the business and act as a liaison amount Client Services, Creative and Project Management teams.

  • You will ensure a smooth work flow through the production of schedules, establishing priorities and ensuring constant communication between internal teams.

  • Support Client Service and Project Management teams in scheduling and planning all copy, design and production work.

  • Oversee workflow through entire project lifecycle

  • Establish objectives and priorities to organise detailed schedules to follow through to each stage of completion.

  • Update and maintain weekly status reports for all projects.

  • Help to ensure that clients receive a high level of service.



As a Project Coordinator, you will have gained experience in a communications agency and have a knowledge and interest in developing digital projects.

  • You will be a fantastic in both written and verbal communications.

  • Have excellent organisational skills and be strong at multi-tasking.

  • You will have an understanding for email campaigns and digital sales.

  • You will have a solid understanding and a real passion for health-related communications.

  • You will have strong people management skills including influencing and nurturing skills.
