The Role

As a Senior Account Director at this agency, you will lead, develop and build client relationships and partner strategically with global clients to help them achieve their brand objectives. You will be responsible for taking charge of the revenue/forecast and contributing to business development opportunities by growing relationships across business units.

  • Proactively manage relationships with assigned clients and seek opportunities to build and strengthen new relationships with the extended client team.
  • Evaluate creative work and provide constructive comments.
  • Foster senior level partnerships with the creative team.
  • Effectively sell the creative product to clients.
  • Provide strong leadership.
  • Support the strategic direction and desired culture of the agency.
  • Manage the account team and client expectations to ensure a positive and productive atmosphere.


To apply for this role as a Senior Account Director our client is looking for someone who has proven experience in a similar account director role from a creative agency environment. Pharmaceutical client experience is a must and you should have a strong grasp of this industry.

  • You will have demonstratable skills of working on a large variety of global projects, and multiple accounts.
  • You will have experience of managing direct reports, as well as being able to effectively manage relationships upwards to senior management.
  • You will have exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills and be a credible 'voice' to both clients and internal stakeholders alike.
  • A University degree is essential, and an advanced degree would be preferred.

I'm struggling to choose just one! I'm a big fan of the Bond films and of course love a good rom-com!

A real Bernard's Watch! Pausing time whenever you choose would be so cool!

I enjoy acting and have starred in a variety of TV shows - some involving a lot of prosthetics! I also have a background in Biochemistry.
