How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

By being in regular contact with candidates and clients within my sector and attending networking events is invaluable in staying up-to-date. Also PMLive, BBC Health and LinkedIn are key tools. Because of my background studying science I have a keen interest in staying informed and up-to-date with any advancements in the sector.

What's your favourite film and why?

Pulp Fiction! It's Tarantino at his best. Great cast, great soundtrack and a great storyline which keeps you on your toes with its intertwining arcs. It's rightfully a cult classic.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

A teleportation device. In would enable me to visit incredible locations around the world without having to deal with the hassle of long haul flights. So many amazing places to visit, so little time!

The Role

Senior Account Executive - Creative Communications Agency - London - £24k-£28k


The Company

I am currently working alongside a fantastic client who are a creative Healthcare Communications agency working across a wide range of bespoke solutions including advertising, medical education, and digital, spanning - prescription and OTC projects for top Pharma/Healthcare companies. How would you like the chance to be their new Senior Account Executive?

  • They are incredibly patient centric. The patient experience is at the heart of what they do, which has enabled them to develop many exciting campaigns for their clients.

  • A global presence on the Healthcare Communications scene.

  • They're hugely successful with a full pipeline of exciting projects, but they have a lot of fun along the way too, with monthly socials and organised events to keep it an engaging place to work.

  • Their premises, incorporate light, open plan offices with numerous flexible working/meeting spaces.


The Role

This Senior Account Executive role will require you to be able to effectively keep track of priorities and exercise judgement on what needs to be done, how it will be done and when. Some of your responsibilities may include:

  • Working across a wide variety of different therapy areas.

  • When making financial decisions you will have a clear understanding of the impact of your actions on the efficiency of the agency.

  • Keeping a clear record of decisions and actions to be taken following client meetings and to be able to distribute this information promptly to relevant colleagues.

  • Holding discussions with clients in regard to work schedules and status.



This Senior Account Executive role requires someone with Healthcare Advertising agency experience. The perfect applicant would be experienced working at the Senior Account Executive level or may be ready to take the next step in their career from the Account Executive level. Along with this:

  • You will buy into the agency's beliefs, values and patient centric approach, and be able to translate this and incorporate it into your client work.

  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • You will be proactive in identifying your own training and development needs.

  • You will be knowledgeable on relevant regulatory information such as ABPI and PAGB.
