How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

Through constant communication with candidates and clients within the industry. I like to meet with my clients and candidates as often as possible and to get out to as many networking events as I can. I also like to keep track of what is happening in the industry via LinkedIn, PMLive and other pharma news sites. 

What's your favourite film and why?

Gladiator - it's a timeless film with a great cast and fantastic story. They don't make them like that anymore.

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I'd love to have a teleport. I love to travel but some places are so far away! I'd love to press a button and be able to spend the weekend on the beach in Fiji.

I can read and write in Korean! After teaching English over there I have learnt to really understand people and have seen how rewarding it is to help people whatever their circumstances. In my job I really listen to both my clients and candidates needs and try to match them as best as possible.

The Role

Due to continued success and growth, my client is looking for a driven Senior Account Manager to join an ambitious team and hit the ground running in producing innovative advertising campaigns.

  • Managing projects and deliverables on time and to strict budgets.

  • Creating comprehensive creative and tactical briefs.

  • Relationship building through regular client contact and internal training of Account Executives.

  • Proactively questioning and solving problems with creative, media and production departments ensuring a smooth process for client's projects.

  • Taking initiative with clients through offering insight and ideas.



As a Senior Account Manager you will have at least 12 months experience as an Account Manager and 4 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • You will have a solid understanding and a real passion for pharmaceutical and health related communications.

  • You will be able to creatively think about ideas in the broadest sense

  • You will be able to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • You will have a persuasive manner and be confident in presenting, negotiating and communicating with clients.

  • You will have proven successful new business pitch abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
