Medical Communications & Medical Education - roles include Medical Writers, Account Managers, Project Coordinators and Editoral Assistants. 

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

Attending events and meeting candidates and clients is a fantastic way of engaging with my sector and really getting to know people, companies and their motivations. This, alongside keeping up-to-date with MedComms Networking and PMLive articles. 

What's your favourite film and why?

I'm not the biggest of movie buffs but one of my favourites is Lars Von Trier's 'Dancer in the Dark'. It stars Bjork and I'm quite a big Bjork fan!

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I would invent a mode of transport which is, essentially, a large rollercoaster. It would make my commute to work that bit more enjoyable.

I try not to make assumptions on people and get to know everyone on an individual basis.

Account Manager - Medical Communications Agency - Up to £35k DOE

The Role

An Account Manager role, leading and supporting the smooth running of accounts to meet project objectives Manage project logistics, including client meetings

  • Preparing budgets and monitoring the financial status of each project

  • Supporting and motivating editorial teams, ensuring projects are completed to budget

  • Developing strong relationships internally with team members, and externally with clients and key opinion leaders



I am seeking an engaging, friendly and attentive Account Manager, able to hit the ground running and provide a fantastic service to clients

  • 2 years or equivalent experience in a Medical Communications agency

  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confidence in liaising with clients and delivering projects successfully

  • Organised and able to prioritise

  • Budget and financial management experience
