The Role

Young healthcare communications agency in trendy Shoreditch are celebrating several new business wins and would love a strong, experienced client services director or Senior Account Director to join their blossoming team.


The Company

  • The agency specialises in healthcare communications; Multi-channel Med Ed, Meetings & Events, Stakeholder relations, Disease awareness, Strategic counsel, Medical writing, Launch activities, Meeting facilitation, Digital information, Message development, Publication planning, and Ad boards.

  • The team get to work with amazing, blockbuster, pipeline drugs and have been involved in 2 product launches last year and another 2 so far this year.

  • Therapy areas include Oncology, Immunology, Neuroscience and Rare Diseases.


The Role

  • Working alongside the Directors to grow and bolster the agency's offering. Your experience and fresh ideas will help shape their future direction and focus.

  • Lead your designated accounts being the main client contact offering strategic counsel and ideation.

  • Inspire and mentor the team to be the best that they can be.

  • A more rounded role where you will support the medical writers and be involved in content management.

  • An exciting blend of projects including launch activities, disease awareness, stakeholder relations and podcasts, alongside events and publications.



  • Experienced account handler within medical communications looking to progress their career in an ambitious and growing independent agency.

  • Excited by the prospect of being a part of something new, with the opportunities and challenges this involves.

  • Comfortable taking on tasks and responsibilities outside of your comfort zone - this may be new projects or writing patient information leaflets.

  • A strong leader who brings out the best in people

  • Confident client partner who can push back and challenge the brief.

A chocolate-making machine that would be a normal household object to be used daily, like a toaster.
