The Role

Behaviour Change Specialist - Health Psychology - London or Reading - to £65k depending on level of experience. Excellent package including bonus, life assurance and private health insurance.

Ideal for someone with a degree in Behaviour Change or Health Psychology who wants to join a global organisation and be involved delivering an exciting portfolio of commercial patient and HCP behaviour change projects.

The Role

Looking for someone with a master's degree in health psychology, or a Health Behaviour Change Specialist with a passion for improving patient support, services and outcomes by:

  • conducting research including interviewing of patients and HCP's
  • reviewing existing literature and evidence
  • supporting the design and delivery of a range of Medical Communications and Patient Support programmes to promote the effective management of health and chronic illness.
  • creating behavioural programme content in conjunction with medical writers, studio and editorial services.
  • conducting programme analysis to evaluate intervention success and identify opportunities to evolve.
  • raising the profile of the team by supporting internal projects such as White Papers, conference submissions and publications.

 

You

A newly qualified health psychologist or someone working as a Behaviour Change Specialist within a healthcare setting.

  • Keen to work in patient support and services
  • Confident talking to patients, caregivers and HCP's, and able to deal with pushbacks
  • Flexible approach, hands-on and passionate about what you do
  • See's the value in coming into a commercial role
  • understands how to design, implement, project manage and deliver to exacting standards
