The Role

Principal Health Economist - Global CRO Organisation - London - £60,000 - £80,000 + Bonus & Benefits.


My Client

My client is a Global CRO business with a number of UK based offices as well as a large number of sites in Europe and globally. Much of their European work is carried out from their UK sites so to help develop and grow this area my client are looking to grow their Health Economics function by bringing in a Senior / Principal Health Economist. You will be supporting the Global Health Economics project lead on HTA submissions and projects consulting to both Pharma & Med Device companies.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Health Economist to join a truly global business with a clear progression route and an opportunity to move into the Business & Strategy side as well as remain active in reviewing and building Health Economic models.


Ideal Background:

  • Extensive experience in building Health Economic models such as Budget Impact & Cost effectiveness models.
  • Significant industry experience in either consultancy or on the client side.
  • Experience in analysing patient level data for use in Health Economic models.
  • Experience with people management & team leading.
  • Experience with business development and commercial growth strategies.
  • Masters / PhD in Health Economics or related discipline such as Medical Statistics or Epidemiology.
