The Role

HEOR Analyst - Consultancy - London - £38k - £40k

Our well known and industry leading client are currently recruiting for an experienced HEOR Analyst to join their team. With a team of over 50,000 and currently operating in over 100 countries, you will gain exposure on different projects and have the opportunity to develop yourself further.

The Role

As a HEOR Analyst, you will be working within innovative and dynamic teams. The role will require a good background in Health Economic Outcome Research with the ability to understand and interpret complex data. You will:

  • Create materials and services such as: health economic models, evidence synthesis, statistical analysis, HTA submissions and report development for value communications

  • Work with large data sets and apply real-world data

  • Engage with project managers and clients

  • Contribute to business development and internal initiatives for the advancement of methodological approaches

  • Work closely with a range of experts and project managers from the London office and offices located across the world



You will be a communicative person who values building strong working relationships with colleagues and clients. You will be confident in dealing with complex data and have a good background in health economics. Some of the key points for the role:

  • A degree in science, economics, mathematics, statistics or another relevant discipline

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Stata, R etc

  • A strong problem-solving mind with flexibility to work with loosely defined problems

  • Have a self-motivated and strong mindset

Which area do you specialise in?

My main focus will be the junior to mid-level roles within the sector

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

I think the best way is by speaking to candidates and clients regularly. I also keep up-to-date with newsletters and social media in the industry. 

What's your favourite film and why?

My favourite film is probably Men of Honor - such a classic! Another favourite film is Forgetting Sarah Marshall, I just find it hilarious...and Mila Kunis is alright too!

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I think the robot from Avatar would be a good addition to my life.

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?

I think most of my friends and family would say I am not like most people my age. I like to challenge myself and I hope this will help me recruit some quality candidates.
