Market Access, Health Economics & Value Comms 

Which area do you specialise in?

I specialise in mid to senior level appointments across all disciplines within the Market Access / HEOR field. I manage roles both on the permanent and interim basis. 

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

First and foremost, we are kept up to date by speaking day in, day out to candidates and clients alike - information from an internal perspective is highly valuable to us in terms of gauging how best to approach resourcing. Reading industry press and engaging in online discussions certainly keeps us on top of wider topics. 

What's your favourite film and why?

I have many favourite films: Home Alone at Christmas time, any James Bond films (especially Skyfall) for a bit of action but, ultimately, I LOVE How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. Maybe not the best film ever but one that reminds me of really good times with all my best friends. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I have yet to find anything that keeps my young daughter still and engaged for over 5 minutes, so my invention would be a remote control-style device that allows me to pause her in time - allowing me to make and enjoyably drink a full cup of tea with no distractions!

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?

One of my little fingers is 7mm shorter than the other!


The Role

Market Access Consultant - Independent Market Access Consultancy - Central London. - £50k to £60K + bonus.

An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Consultant to join a small firm and have full exposure to a range of duties and project requirements.

As a recently established, independent company, this Market Access Consulting firm has already seen great success and as well as imminently moving into a premium London office space, they are also keen to expand the staff base to ensure they continue to meet the project requirements of repeat and new clients. This company is invested in building a flexible culture where employee commitment to deliver is recognised by the company in a more fluid approach to flexing work hours.


The Role

In position as Market Access Consultant, you will be working within the Strategic Market Access piece, so we are specifically looking for candidates who are looking to continue their career with strategy at the core. In role you will be responsible for:

  • Working with clients to conduct and deliver projects centric to maximising the value of assets
  • Concurrently working on projects within Pharma and Devices
  • Mentoring analysts within the project teams
  • Maximising business opportunity via network relationships



This Market Access Consultant post is a great opportunity for a self-starting individual who is motivated to join a small company where opportunity will come in a variety of guises! To make a successful application, you MUST be able to demonstrate:

  • A relevant degree, Masters or PhD in the Lifesciences field
  • Previous experience in a Market Access capacity, ideally as part of a Healthcare Consulting firm
  • Experience in managing Market Access projects through to delivery (highly desirable)
  • European language capabilities (in addition to fluent English)
  • A proactive and energetic approach to managing multiple work streams.
