Which area do you specialise in?

I specialise in mid to senior level appointments across all disciplines within the Market Access / HEOR field. I manage roles both on the permanent and interim basis. 

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

First and foremost, we are kept up to date by speaking day in, day out to candidates and clients alike - information from an internal perspective is highly valuable to us in terms of gauging how best to approach resourcing. Reading industry press and engaging in online discussions certainly keeps us on top of wider topics. 

What's your favourite film and why?

I have many favourite films: Home Alone at Christmas time, any James Bond films (especially Skyfall) for a bit of action but, ultimately, I LOVE How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. Maybe not the best film ever but one that reminds me of really good times with all my best friends. 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

I have yet to find anything that keeps my young daughter still and engaged for over 5 minutes, so my invention would be a remote control-style device that allows me to pause her in time - allowing me to make and enjoyably drink a full cup of tea with no distractions!

What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?

One of my little fingers is 7mm shorter than the other!

Market Access Director - Independently owned, global healthcare consulting business - Central London. £100k to £150k + bonus & package.

An excellent opportunity to lead and develop the Market Access function of this successful, quality driven business.


The Company

This company is a specialist healthcare consultancy who have seen great and ever-growing success over their 15 year history. The company operate a global business with offices in London, USA, mainland Europe and Asia. In post as Market Access Director, you will be part of a company who:

The Role

In position as Market Access Director you will report directly to the MD and will hold responsibility and leadership for the Market Access business unit. This will include:

  • Being an integral part of the strategy team, creating and directing the policies of the company.

  • Managing all Market Access strategic business and leading on project management

  • Monitoring customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.

  • Speaking at conferences and positively representing the company at key networking events.

  • Leading defending proposals and business pitches.

  • Building credibility and respect with key decision makers and influencers within the industry.



In order to make a successful application to the Market Access Director role, you MUST demonstrate:

  • Substantial experience in the Market Access field as a senior leader/head of department within a Healthcare Consulting business

  • Prior experience managing a team of experienced Consulting staff who also periodically work cross functionally within the business

  • Previous success in client-facing roles, including business development and networking

  • Ideally educated to PhD level with an MBA or Masters or higher degree in a life science subject

  • Foreign language skills preferred.
