Led by people who really understand research and have a desire to make the company one of the top market research providers in the world. Their status and stature comes from the quality of work they have done over the years, ensuring repeat business.

  • Fantastic culture with regular social activities and a focus on employee engagement and happiness.

  • Work with leading names in the pharma sector and have established fantastic relationships.

  • Leading benefits package and the flexibility to work one day a week from home.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the quirkiness of a boutique agency but are one of the largest market research providers in the world. It isn't a corporate working environment at all.

The Role

The minimum requirements that they are looking for in a candidate are:

  • Very strong maths or stats background

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manipulate quant data

  • Knowledge of Oncology would be desirable

What should you do next?

This Oncology Research Executive/Senior Research Executive role is one not to be missed; it encompasses the opportunity to work for a leading pharma market research agency, that still retains the boutique agency feel. To discuss further, please submit your current CV.

Unless otherwise stated, if applying for a job within the European Union, you must ensure that you are already authorised to work there. Carrot Pharma Recruitment Ltd acts as an Employment Business and an Employment Agency on behalf of our client in recruitment for this role.

Josh Hadfield

Which team do you work in?

I work in the Market Research and Business Intelligence team

Which area do you specialise in?

Junior level Market Research and Fieldwork

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

I try and keep on top of industry specific news via LinkedIn, newsletters and media in general. I believe you can also gather most of the information that you need from conversations with candidates and clients.

What is your favourite film and why?

Anchorman - it is one of those films where the more you watch it the funnier it gets. If not then pretty much anything with Denzel Washington in it - he doesn't do bad films!

If you could invent one this what would it be?

A time machine without a doubt! I absolutely hate both myself and other people being late so this would just solve all my issues.

What makes you distinctly different?

I have completed Tough Mudder twice, as well as other endurance events. I feel it is necessary to push yourself both mentally and physically, otherwise you never know what you can do. It hurts all the way around but you cannot beat that feeling the at the finish line!
