I work in the Market Research and Business Intelligence team

Junior level Market Research and Fieldwork

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

I try and keep on top of industry specific news via LinkedIn, newsletters and media in general. I believe you can also gather most of the information that you need from conversations with candidates and clients. 

What is your favourite film and why?

Anchorman - it is one of those films where the more you watch it the funnier it gets. If not then pretty much anything with Denzel Washington in it - he doesn't do bad films!

If you could invent one this what would it be?

A time machine without a doubt! I absolutely hate both myself and other people being late so this would just solve all my issues.

What makes you distinctly different?

I have completed Tough Mudder twice, as well as other endurance events. I feel it is necessary to push yourself both mentally and physically, otherwise you never know what you can do. It hurts all the way around but you cannot beat that feeling the at the finish line! 



The Role

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator for a leading Market Research Agency based in Ealing.

The Role

This is a hybrid role that is an integral part of the business development, marketing and project functions. No two days will be the same and their will be plenty of variety in what you do. You will work closely with the business development directors to help manage existing accounts and identify potential new business opportunities.

  • Establishing new business opportunities and creating appointments for the business development team

  • Strategic Account Planning

  • Market Awareness- What is happening in pharma, drug pipelines for clients- really keep your finger on the pulse.

  • Client management and interaction- project feedback and takeaways



This is a key role in the company and would be a for someone who likes to be busy and wants to be working on several diverse types of tasks at one point.

  • Comfortable being on the phone and talking with clients.

  • Keen eye for detail

  • Have an interest in the pharmaceutical Market Research sector

  • Be resilient
