The Role

As an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Working across a variety of deliverables: Patient work, Video, Storyboarding, eLearning, Slide decks, Training, Congresses and symposiums. No publications.
  • Strategic direction of accounts
  • Budget management and financial reporting
  • Ensuring work is of an excellent standard going beyond client expectations
  • Mentoring of junior team members
  • Collaborating with other teams in areas such as behaviour change, creative, digital, patient engagement and content development

 

You

As Account Manager / Senior Account Manager you will take a consultative approach to your work, and be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience working as an Account Manager within an agency setting
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical clients on medical communications / medical education projects
  • Budget management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
