Digital Account Manager - Medical Communications, Medical Education and Marketing - Central London - £35k-45k + pension & healthcare, 30 days annual leave & social events

The Company

Join a mid-size, 50-person medical communications agencies as they continue to go from strength to strength expanding their client services team with an experienced Digital Account Manager. You will join a company who:

  • Providing educational services to healthcare professionals through events, journals and digital offerings

  • Work with large accounts in Oncology and Diabetes and various other smaller accounts

  • Are easily commutable by train - within walking distance from two tube and one train station

  • Offer a great working culture, demonstrated through employee returns and cemented by our candidate feedback

  • Have a dedicated social team who arrange events and activities, and have traditions such as pizza Fridays

The Role

As the Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading weekly client calls

  • Assisting Account Director with budget creation

  • Working on websites, webcasts, webinars and creative activities, and other deliverables as required

  • Reviewing and editing content and user trackers

  • Mentoring and overseeing Account Executives

 

You

To be considered for this Digital Account Manager opportunity you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience working in an Account Manager or client facing Project Manager capacity

  • Experience within medical communications, pharma or healthcare

  • Experience dealing with digital projects

  • Budget management experience

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to excel within a team environment
