The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Account Director with strategic direction for your key accounts
  • Playing a part in the strategic growth of the account with ongoing knowledge of pipelines
  • Ensuring an excellent service is always provided for your clients within the agreed timescales
  • Working closely with editorial colleagues
  • Budget management



To be considered for this Senior Account Manager vacancy you will:

  • Currently be working at Senior Account Manager or have been an Account Manager for 2 years within a medical communications agency (essential)
  • Have experience working autonomously, able to think for yourself rather than looking for direction
  • Have experience leading or mentoring
  • Strive to provide the highest quality service to your clients, continuously building key relationships
