Senior Account Manager - Digital Medical Communications Agency - Central London - Up to £45 DoE

This close-knit, innovative healthcare communications agency is in need of a Senior Account Manager to join their growing team. They work with international clients, assisting them with healthcare strategy to provide a full-service multidisciplinary approach. To apply for this role our client is in need of candidates with relevant medical communications agency experience, working at either Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level.

This independent, healthcare strategy and communications agency offers a full-service approach to assist pharmaceutical companies in healthcare storytelling. This agency specialises in highly scientific, strategic, and creative communications.

The Role

This Senior Account Manager role will involve being responsible for building and maintaining a strong client relationship across all accounts, delivering projects to time, quality, and budget. This position has the following key responsibilities:

  • Having full responsibility for the day-to-day management of projects from inception to completion.
  • Developing and managing budgets across all projects ensuring accurate financial tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Effective communication of project briefs to the internal team
  • Demonstrate innovation and creativity, thinking outside the box
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client's brand, disease area and brand data

 

You

To be considered for this Senior Account Manager role, our client was hoping for candidates with the following skills and experiences:

  • Ideally already working at SAM level, or an experienced Account Manager ready to take the next step in a healthcare communications agency.
  • A degree in the life sciences is preferable.
  • Experience working on fast-paced global accounts.
  • Some experience mentoring junior members of staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent project management skills.
