Regular communication with candidates and clients within the industry helps to keep me on top of the latest news and trends. I like to meet with my clients and candidates as often as possible and get out to many networking events. 

What's your favourite film and why?

I'm struggling to choose just one! I'm a big fan of the Bond films and of course love a good rom-com! 

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

A real Bernard's Watch! Pausing time whenever you choose would be so cool!

I enjoy acting and have starred in a variety of TV shows - some involving a lot of prosthetics! I also have a background in Biochemistry.

The Role

Manage customer service across all digital touchpoints!

  • Respond to customers through various social media channels. Some of which include Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

  • Be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries through web orders.

  • Communicate with customers through both phone and email.

  • Support the digital and social teams with content plans, creation and posting of social content/web content.

 

You

As a best in class customer service operator with experience in Social Media, you will ideally have:

  • Experience and passion to deliver excellent customer service within an ecommerce environment

  • Great typing skills

  • Comfortable being on video

  • Good rapport building skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
