The Company

We are recruiting for a Global Pharma Company that specialise in Oncology and Cardiology with this role focusing on the cardiovascular division. They are a hugely innovative company with an honest and open culture where you can implement your own ideas and truly make a difference! The role is to promote a drug with fantastic clinical data and a great value proposition.

The team are ahead of 2019 plan so far and they are at a tipping point with customers - therefore there is an urgent requirement for a passionate, driven and talented Hospital Sales Specialist who wants to take on a challenge!


The Role

Due to the success of the existing team, we are currently recruiting for an additional, headcount Hospital Specialist to continue to support the growth of the drug in the area

  • This role will require excellent secondary care skills and a confident sales person.

  • You will continue with the promotion of a product with potential to be a blockbuster!

  • You will be required to liaise with various stakeholders across all levels within the NHS and be proficient at a clinical sell.

  • This role will require someone with drive and a sense of urgency that can hit the ground running and secure formulary success early on.

  • You will be able to work autonomously and be self-motivated.

  • You will raise awareness and increase business.

  • You will have the ability to structure and develop your account plan and execute this plan autonomously.



  • The ideal candidate will have worked in cardio and have key contacts in place OR alternatively extensive successful secondary care product launch or formulary experience.

  • The most important trait is someone who wants to make a difference in a specialist focussed role and take on a challenge with full accountability and recognition for achievements.

  • There will be autonomy and significant budget to do things differently and innovate!

  • Excellent KOL Development skills, you will be a problem solver and be patient centric.

  • This role suits a career driven candidate looking for a highly autonomous role within a "Gold Standard" medium Pharma company where you can be truly accountable for your successes.

  • You MUST have the ABPI

I'm not a big film watcher at all. I last saw The Inbetweeners at the cinema and that was hilarious!
If you could invent one thing what would it be?
Teleportation! I would teleport to the beach in Fiji for an hour on my lunch break, teleport back home to my parent's house for dinner every night and go elephant trekking, skiing or on safari just for the weekend.
What makes you #DistinctlyDifferent?
I lived in Spain for a year and worked for a summer in Gibraltar and learnt to speak Spanglish.
