Key Account Manager - Global Pharmaceutical Company - North London - £DoE

The Company

Our client is a global Pharma Company that specialise in various niche therapy areas. With an excellent portfolio of ground-breaking and innovative products that have had a huge positive impact on patient outcomes, they have a fantastic pipeline of equally innovative and niche products and now seek a Key Account Manager to join the highest growth driving team across the company!

The Role

As a Key Account Manager, your role will involve:

  • Identifying opportunities to expand and win new business, whilst managing key accounts.
  • Maintaining relationships with Key Customers and demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Being commercially aware of competitors products, how they are performing in the market to enhance your sales.
  • Developing your own knowledge of the product in order to maximise your ability to sell.


The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Successful history within Pharmaceutical Sales.
  • Educated to degree level (preferably in Science/Business/Marketing).
  • Experience in Rheumatology.
  • Outgoing and confident personality with an ability to build relationships effectively.

I specialise in all levels of Pharma Sales roles across the south of the UK. 

How do you keep up-to-date with the issues in your sector?

I find that speaking to the experts (the candidates themselves) is the best way to stay up-to-date with current affairs and develop my own sector knowledge. I also like to take some time each week to have a look through LinkedIn to see what people in the industry are talking about.
