A chocolate-making machine that would be a normal household object to be used daily, like a toaster.

The Role

Client Engagement Director to join a lively, bold and passionate Healthcare Communications team in central Manchester or London. The salary range is from £60k-£75k as applications are welcome from people working as an Account Director through to Client Services Director.

The Role

The Client Engagement Director will provide oversight and management of client engagement services across all accounts with Healthcare Communications and the wider agency.

  • Challenge client briefs and be innovative and bold with your ideas.

  • Guide the team to provide clients with innovative and multichannel healthcare communications solutions

  • Be the face of the client and maximise business opportunities by cross selling other services, such as Events, Digital and Exhibitions.

  • Manage budgets and the team of Account Executives and Account Managers.

  • Lead review meetings with key client stakeholders.

 

You

An inspirational and dynamic leader of account delivery teams, who can effectively manage teams, budgets and client relationships.

  • Strong experience of Creative, Events, Healthcare Communications, Digital and engagement solutions.

  • Confident with analysing and interrogating new briefs.

  • Identify and challenge clients' strategic direction, market trends and key stakeholders.

  • Solid leadership skills with excellent financial and commercial understanding.

  • Warm, friendly, passionate, supportive person who brings out the best in the people around them - no ego's allowed!
