The Role

Editorial Lead - Medical Communications Agency - London or Chester - £50k - £60k + bonus

We are representing a well-known, highly successful Medical Communications agency as they recruit for an experienced Editorial Lead, who will be responsible for the development of proposals alongside delivery of high-quality, engaging content.

 

The Company

You will be part of a company who:

  • Employ over 350 people globally across 20 offices.

  • Work on strategic communications planning, publication planning and medical writing, meetings management, health outcomes and clinical and scientific liaison

  • Has sites in both historic Chester and in Central London, easily commutable by train and tube.

The Role

This is a highly varied and exciting role, Editorial Lead you will be responsible for:

  • Taking clear briefs from the client, and provide clear briefs to the team and freelancers

  • Constantly monitor quality and accuracy

  • Acting as the main point of contact for the client and experts

  • Ensuring budgets and timescales are consistently met

 

You

To be considered for this Editorial Lead vacancy you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong writing experience within a communications agency is essential

  • Experience reviewing and copy checking

  • Experience managing freelancers

  • Life sciences degree as a minimum
