The Role

Senior Account Director to join a behaviour change and medical communications agency in South West London, £salary £55k - £75K + lots of benefits and perks!

The Company

An independent communications agency who use their knowledge and understanding of what makes people behave the way they do to develop communications and interventions that change behaviour in patients, clinicians, pharmacists and healthcare consumers.

  • Fabulous offices in leafy London suburb with cosy pubs, fine eateries, quirky shops and picturesque parks and scenery within a short walk.
  • Close knit team who learn from and bring out the best in each other.
  • 3 Doctors on the team providing valuable clinical and medical insights.
  • Inhouse creative, research and scientific teams who collaborate and combine ideas and passion.
  • The agency perform indepth research and analysis which leads to insight based strategy and communication.

 

The Role

The current need is for an Account Director or Senior Account Director who can take the lead on key client accounts across both RX and OTC markets.

  • Comfortable with pitching, developing proposals and forming strategies with stakeholders.
  • Manage the client relationship and maximise opportunities for the wider business.
  • Work on various disease areas including rare diseases, respiratory, urology and diabetes
  • Lead and inspire junior team members to encourage their input and confidence.

 

You

As Senior Account Director, you will have a Medical communications, medical education or healthcare advertising agency background, and maybe fancy something a bit different.

  • Agency background working your way up the levels of seniority
  • A passion for healthcare and an interest in behaviour change
  • Client facing, patient centric and a creative problem solver
  • Team focused and able to bring out the best in people.
