Medical Manager, Dermatology - Shoreditch, London - £Competitive Salary Bonus

Carrot Pharma Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading skincare and cosmetic group to recruit a Medical Manager to be based in their Shoreditch, London. Office.

My client is a major player in the Skincare Industry and are recognised internationally for their approach and innovation in the continuing developments within skincare and cosmetics. Committed to advancements in the science behind the skincare my client has a pioneering portfolio of over the counter products.

The Role

As Medical Manager you will be responsible for developing the Medical Strategy to raise awareness of the brand within the Medical and Scientific community. Within the role you will responsible for managing and growing the groups Medical Network and developing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Dermatologist and Clinicians. As Medical Manager you will posses in depth understanding of skin conditions and the science and biology behind these. Duties within the role include
  • Develop and maintain network of KOL's within Dermatology
  • Organise and lead evens such as congresses, round tables and symposiums to raise awareness of the brand and product portfolios within the Scientific Community
  • Act as first point of contact for internal and external medical questions that require in depth medical knowledge
  • Providing internal training to sales and marketing teams, providing education on skin conditions, product ranges and scientific methods.
  • Design and develop scientific presentations and medical literature.

You

To be considered for this role applicants must have
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within a similar role - Medical Representative, MSL
  • Hold a MSc Science in one or more of the following disciplines: medicine, pharmacy or the pharmaceutical/life sciences
  • Experience of working within the dermo cosmetic market or dermatology industry
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
