My client is an international advertising agency with an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Weight Creative to join their team based in Central London. The Role

As a Mid-Weight Creative you will be joining a close-knit team, reporting into the Creative Director and working with a huge team to help realise your ideas within the most suitable and innovative outputs, from social media, film, VR to more traditional deliverables.

  • Working to a range of client briefs to generate innovative and gripping ideas

  • Generating client-facing content and compelling copy writing

  • Producing presentations and

  • Sharing ideas, work and working collaboratively with the team to bounce creative ideas off one another

  • Working with internal teams to manage budgets and review work



To be successful for the Mid-Weight Creative position you should be able to demonstrate the ability to generate compelling ideas that can be executed across a variety of channels but that come together to fulfil a brief. It is essential that you have:

  • An ideas-driven creative approach with a flexible but disciplined style

  • Experience working within multi-media channels: traditional media, film, experiential and VR etc.

  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to produce interesting but precise copy

  • The ability to work collaboratively with a large internal team to realise ideas

  • An eye for detail and a flair for creativity that takes your ideas to exciting new areas

Speaking to candidates and clients on a daily basis allows me to keep up-to-date with changes and news in my industry. I also find LinkedIn groups and professional journals are invaluable for keeping on top of industry topics. 

What's your favourite film and why?

Tim Burton's Big Fish has to be my go-to film of choice. An over the top, fantastical and emotional story of epic proportions full of weird and quirky touches...escapism at it's finest!

If you could invent one thing what would it be?

If I could invent one thing it would be to make the Replicator from Star Trek a reality - I love food but hate cooking after a busy day in the office so this would be ideal!
